@Postvox could you get an update on this package for me please? I was told by someone on your web chat earlier this week that it had been sorted and sent to my local office and about delays etc. I was waiting for another that arrived although the tracking still said sorting.

@VirginMediaIE is there an issue in Clondalkin? No broadband in a number of houses locally but your website says no fault in the area.

@VirginMediaIE I got a letter offering me a reduced rate for my mobile but I have to phone to accept it. There's a 40/50 min wait time everytime I try. Is there a way I can do this online? Can't find an option for it.

@Postvox 8 of the packages we sent last week are still showing as being received in the post office but no further update. I know they've left the post office. I've tried phoning customer service but keep getting cut off. Can you help?

@Postvox We're spending hours every week on your webchat trying to track down orders we've sent to customers. Is there anything can be done about this? We could walk across the country and deliver them quicker ourselves at the moment.

@ThreeIreland is there any way to stop the 2 euro day pass being added to an account. Have a phone with mobile data disabled but still keep getting charged for these.
