How does a parcel show as delivered to a safe place with no photographic evidence suddenly become lost and wasn’t actually delivered?

@AmazonUK I incorrectly ordered two vouchers. There is no easy way to speak to someone so I did it online. I was advised they would send the other voucher, in doing that the original voucher was cancelled. I now have no vouchers and haven’t been given a refund.

I find the outrage over @parkrunUK so telling! The moment it affects men, men blame women for wanting what they have always had; their own fair results & course records. It’s been 5yrs of self ID & practically no mention, 24hrs effecting men & it’s everywhere! Nothing changes
