@AmazonUK It has now been 2 weeks since I informed your customer service team that someone had taken over £850 of my savings through my account with Amazon. I have now heard ‘The fraud team will be in touch within 24 hours’ over 8 times now and still nothing has been done
@NatWest_Help I informed the customer service over 2 weeks ago that over £850 had been taken from account through Amazon. Nothing has been done and your team simply said that they couldn’t help and that I needed to take it up with Amazon. Which is complete rubbish
@AmazonHelp What sort of information? No one has been in touch with me, I have had to contact your customer service team everyday to see if there has been any progress in my case
@AmazonHelp Yes I have! The emails I received after freezing my account said that the transactions would be cancelled, however they were not. Nothing else said was at all useful or helped in any way
