I feel the main obstacle that teacher leaders face when managing time and tasks is just the sheer load of the tasks and the time frame to which we have to achieve said tasks. All that, while incorporating the unexpected can be overwhelming. #PISDLAChat

In chapter 3 of, “Every Teacher A Leader” a few dispositions I felt matched me from table 3.1 were flexible, prepared and creative. I also saw some words to focus on as goals like; self confident, risk taker, and brave. #pisdlachat

#pisdlachat My leadership style is Democratic. While reading chapter 2 of Every Teacher a Leader, one thing that stood out to me was that Mentor Shadowing can help clarify expectations of leadership to new teacher leader!
