Told by Cardiff airport that our winter Vueling flight was cancelled. Vueling disagreed and said everything was OK. Had an email today saying they have been cancelled! Worst part is that we have to request a refund ourselves! Shouldn't this be refunded automatically?

@vueling We were told by Cardiff Airport that Vueling had cancelled there winter schedule. Contacted your customer service dept who totally disagreed and said everything was okay. Just got home, had an email saying flights were cancelled! We have to go on Vueling app to get our refund.

We had a message from Cardiff airport stating that Vueling are cancelling there winter schedule and that our November- December flight would be cancelled. We want a full refund so that we book replacement flights.
