NEW: I just signed bipartisan legislation establishing a bell-to-bell ban on cell phones in K-12 schools.

This policy is a no-brainer. It will help boost academic achievement, protect the mental well-being of our students, and restore focus in our classrooms.

Schools are places for learning, socializing, and interacting – not distracting screens.

Honored to be in East Rutherford this morning to announce major statewide reductions in crime — including record-low shootings and gun homicides — for 2025.

Working together with community and law enforcement, we’ve kept our promise to build a safer New Jersey for all.
