@HotWingKilla Yeah the fact that Yurachek didn’ see the landscape and get ahead of the huge coaching cycle last year is damning for him as an AD.
I also don’t get the silverfield hate. There were 1-2 coaches better than him that we could realistically get. Our program is not in a good spot
This coaching search was doomed the moment we didn’t fire Sam last year. Idk silverfield feels like one of the better options considering where we are in the pecking order of the sec and the jobs that are open. Maybe I’m just numb to all of it
Arkansas Athletic Director Hunter Yurachek is being considered for CFP committee chair, per @CFBHeather.
Yurachek currently serves on the committee, and the CFP management committee must approve it before it becomes official.

LSU trying to screw Brian Kelly out of his buyout is shitty, but I don’t think it’s gonna hurt them as much as people think it will. Texas Tech and KU have succeeded and failed at this and it’s hasn’t hurt their ability to get coaches any more than their regular circumstances.
@JohnNaborsShow I think what is so frustrating along with this is HY knows what the current financial situation is with razorback football. Why with that knowledge would he not want to give us a chance to be the best job available? That alone feels like AD malpractice
by the end of today (not even counting what might happen over the rest of the season!), we might see:
- Florida
- Penn State
- LSU
- Arkansas
- Florida State
- Oklahoma State
- Virginia Tech
- UCLA
at least we didn’t fire Sam last year and have the most attractive Power-4 job.
@DavidMarts13 This is really my biggest criticism of him. How could he not see the bigger coaching landscape at the end of last year? Especially with where finances are at. Just insane how we’ve gotten to this point
