A little part of me wants to give streaming another go when GTA 6 releases and see if there’s any chance of reviving what I once had on Twitch.
At the same time, it’s exciting to think about the next generation of streamers who’ll dedicate the next few years of their lives to that game.
Over 12 years ago, I started streaming GTA 5 on Twitch. That game genuinely changed my life and gave me opportunities I never could have imagined. I even got to work with @RockstarGames! To younger me, it truly was a dream come true.
There’s still a bit of passion there, especially for the next game in a series that means so much to me. But I’m older now, and I’ve achieved new dreams, I’m married, I have kids, life is good, and I’m content. I don’t feel the need to chase what I once did.
The hundreds of people I met, the friends I made, the experiences I had, it was all incredible.
But would I trade what I have now for that? Not a chance.
So I think I’ll stream GTA 6 for fun, but I won’t be going all in like I did before. Not that I think I’d have a chance in today’s competitive space. But…
To anyone out there with a passion for content creation, I genuinely believe GTA 6 will be a life changing opportunity for a lot of people.
Go for it, make the most of it, and good luck. And I’ll see you online in my spare time!

Today I sold my watch...
I bought this Breitling 5 years ago because I wanted to reward myself for hitting a career milestone.
But I think I also needed help feeling successful.
Going into working a "corporate" role I was struggling with imposter syndrome, and that watch kinda made me feel that earned my role. A little symbol of me deserving & working for it.
But today I sold it! I think I am at a point in my life where I don't feel I need that little confidence booster on my wrist, I feel confident in where & who I am.
The watch gave me confidence when I needed it. It was an investment that helped me believe in myself.
@TheePhenomenal1 I still love it, Breitling's in the last few years have definitely been my favourite. I've got an old Seiko bullhead (1970's) that my grandpa gave to me, so have a little something thats a more personal meaning watch now
