Week 6 and we're nearly there!

The furniture and computer equipment have gone in nicely, with just the finishes, artwork and clean down to complete.

Week 5 saw the office builder's & electrical works completed ready for the new furniture to be installed next week. Next week we will be heading into our meeting room where we will be installing Optima Shoreditch door set, full decoration, new carpet & AV video conferencing.

Week 4 – Lights installed and decoration of walls and woodwork complete. Our new FBI sign has been installed along with a new Samsung Frame TV! Floor protection has been lifted ready for the wax oil floor covering to be applied next week.

We’re into the 4th week of our office refurb at FBI HQ. These stylish Flos ‘Smithfield’ pendant lights have just been installed and we’re ready to treat our oak floorboards to a nice Osmo wax finish! #officerefurb #officefitout #officerevamp #officeinteriors #manchester

Week 2 of the FBI office refurbishment saw works progressing well.

We have completed the sanding and repair of the oak floor and the first fix electrical, and the all walls are prepared ready for decoration which starts next week.

Exciting times ahead at FBI as we today start the refurbishment at our own office. Everything has been cleared and we are back to the bare bones ready for the office to be transformed and brought bang up to date.

FBI have recently completed the refurbishment of 4no floors of Male & Female WC’s and lobby areas, Cat A refurbishment to 4th Floor Office area and the construction of a new Basement Cycle Hub, Showers, Locker Room and Welfare area to Belvedere in Manchester City Centre.

FBI recently completed a CAT B fit-out with new and existing furniture based on an outline design and specification by CBRE.

FBI designed bespoke joinery elements and installed a bespoke quad truss lighting rig with feature lighting.

Soapworks needed a solution to the draughty lobby which had originally been installed 15 years ago.

Using 22mm thick laminated heat soaked glass, two pairs of dual sliding auto doors, the team created a fully enclosed lobby.
