Our achievements would not be possible without support from our supply chain so thanks go to Amps Electrical; H Butterfields; Chiltern Design; MP Drywall; @HenniganBC; Anders Heating; Golden Eagle Carpets; Harlyn Enterprises; David Provan Ltd; Morris Roofs and Main Group Services
Our Client for the Caleb Close scheme, @ParadigmHousing was also well attended, which was great to see. Paradigm was our client on our first scheme in the town for 97 new homes and Caleb Close has served to reinforce the relationship that has been formed

KPH 200 CELEBRATION:
KPH hit a notable milestone with the latest handover by delivering 200 affordable homes in Luton in the last 2 years. With over 170 more to come in the next year-and-a-half we believe this makes us the largest provider of affordable homes in Luton presently.
KPH recently handed 9 flats over at our 224 unit scheme in #Luton to our client @ParadigmHousing
In a period where we are experiencing a #housingcrisis this latest handover demonstrate KPH's commitment to delivering high quality #affordablehousing in areas of great need.
