Police need to act more on drivers, there is Little or no consequences for the drivers. Starting with making driving abilities tests for drivers who have had incidents. Driver safety tests.

Hence part of the decision to close. Not to mention the problems they cause with train / bus travel. Security at main line stations ASB

@BBCNews On the subject of “headlamp dazzling “ motor manufacturers need to also look at previous vehicles where the intensity was very poor. Thus forcing owners to retro fit led lamps to be able to be safe. The ford transit is a good example.
