@callinunickison@GreatWhiteBron6@NrmalWrld@_ParadiseParis1 According the the witnesses that were being visibly led by Jeff Metcalf in the courtroom? The same ones that said no one had an issue woth Karmelo being there except Hunter? Must be true then.
@Gretchen_Lulu@potatoroll98@Shad0wPatriot@BookerGWash And they were lied to by the mayo monsters that took those slaves. They were told the indentured servants were having their sentence commuted, not that their people were going to be used for forced labor, rape, neanderthal entertainment, and just pure hate until they die.
@MilleanialGroyp@_ReeMiddleChild He defended himself with the force he felt was necessary to protect his life same way Kyle Rittenhouse did. There’s only one difference in those cases and that’s that Kyle sent looking for trouble.
@v_KingRichard_v@Gunvillain@AL_J82 He got a public defender, they were never on his side. Not to mention a white judge, an all white jury after they dismissed all the black people from the jury, and the judge and DA were acquainted with Metcalf’s father.
@tyler56654@SoraGotKeys@lowcortisol Adn there are just as many if not more to support it. You not caring about the reality of it doesn’t make it false.
@Gunvillain@AL_J82 They didn’t and the ones that did were being led by Jeff. But it was never meant to be a fair trial anyway, hence why Anthony never got the chance to even take the stand to defend himself. More evidence of the skewed american court system.
@tucsontwitchy@TATBUILT003@FBA_All_Day@FocusedJustice 1. No, Penny took it upon himself to harm a man because of words. Subduing him did not required choking him to death or at all for that matter.
2. I highly doubt Karmelo was directly aiming for his chest and even then that doesn’t equate to him having an intent to kill.
@TATBUILT003@FBA_All_Day@tucsontwitchy@FocusedJustice Daniel Penny very much intended to murder Jordan Neely because he had no reason to interject himself other than hos desire to cause harm. Karmelo was defending himself with no intentions to kill and was still punished for it.
