@BethBethcake141 @GMB @DrAmirKhanGP But if they allow face to face for everyone who wants one, but does not need one, they have less time to speak to patients and help. It’s about need, not want. Many surgeries have empty waiting rooms and busy phone lines as they’re being helped on the phone
