I think it is remarkable how Newcastle United has lost so much this summer but yet have gained so much at the same time

You don’t realise how much the manager change was needed until you had seen it first hand with Matthias Jaissle, completely different feeling at the club in all directions

Team also has new fresh energy and ambition to them, they could of imploded and at times we had imploded with player sales this summer but we are out of it now and look very strong

That will feel very harsh on Newcastle against Liverpool once again here.
The penalty probably is a penalty - just.
#NUFC should’ve been 3-1 up, though…they had a couple of chances to kill the game.
But there were so many positives there and that should be the takeaway.
Wissa, Miley, Hall, Dedic… that bodes well for the season.

This would be amazing #nufc

Good morning Geordies #NUFC

[Rob 🅼 @Im_RobM]

Chelsea have been awared this penalty two weeks after #NUFC were denied a penalty against Chelsea for far worse. Yet again zero consistency in Premier League officiating.

[Keith Downie @SkySports_Keith]

Mason Greenwood aside, that’s a very average Marseille side that have beaten Newcastle tonight.
The game was there for the taking but something isn’t right on the road when #NUFC take the lead. Yet another defeat after going front 🤷🏽‍♂️
Passing was very sloppy throughout the match, and they gave Marseille a way back into the game. The second half was a bit of a mess…

[Lea @Lea_EFC]

Who did this 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

[𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 @Regista10_]

So Gabriel literally goes out of his way to punch one of our players in the face and VAR do nothing?!!!

How is the state of officiating this bad? This isnt incompetence, something else is going on.

Look at this ffs. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ #nufc

[Jamie Smith @JamieTheMag]

This is magnificent work by the @Carabao_Cup account to present a summary of last year’s #NUFC success while keeping it entirely rat free 👏🏻

Such an important message.

#nufc please take time to read the family are having a terrible time at the moment and need Kane home. A regular traveler with me at games who many would have seen let’s help him and the family bring him home and back in the stands with us all asap. ⚽️🚌

Bro cooked 😂☠️

[Craig Hope @CraigHope_DM]

🚨 Alexander Isak will NOT receive a loyalty payment from Newcastle, despite never handing in a transfer request

💰 NUFC have negotiated his loyalty payment out of his move

[Lee Forster ⚫️⚪️⚫️⚪️ @LeeDForster]

How can you willingly choose to go from this, to the most despised #NUFC player I’ve seen in well over 50 years?

The mind boggles 🤷🏻‍♂️
