@mcuban @Bearlovesbull Most rebates are passed back to plans and lower premiums for everyone. Removing them just shifts the cost into higher premiums for the majority who rarely use expensive drugs. PBMs also provide the scale needed to negotiate against manufacturers with real pricing power.
