Total recovery is now at 72.1%. The distribution date has not been set, but expect it in a couple of weeks. I will post an update once distributions begin.
Sources of these funds:
• $73.7M in reserves unlocked
• $14.3M in forfeitures
• $256.4M from the Litigation Fund (includes Tether)
Total: $344.4M
The recovery will come in BTC or cash via your previous agent, but the 4th distribution will be the last paid in BTC.
All future distributions will be paid in stablecoins or cash.
The company has also not purchased the Bitcoin yet. When the distribution is closer, the Bitcoin purchase price will be announced.

@CelsiusNetwork Still waiting on #Coinbase to approve my account. Since January that I am talking to #coinbasesupport and i still waiting. Why old Celsius customers must go through this is beyond me since Coinbase was chosen to be the official distribution partner for non US customers 🤬
@cryptohunter0x Happy for you. I am still battling with @coinbase and the KYC after many requests for documents and information which I found crazy and unnecessary. Why is it so important to know where my funds come from ?
@gluke_legend I just received the same email. I am so frustrated and angry. @CoinbaseSupport keeps asking for more documents, some of them which I don’t have and I honestly don’t even see the need. From one nightmare to another 😭🤬
@CelsiusNetwork I have received 4 emails from @CoinbaseSupport requesting documents and extra info but and every time I get the same response “Unfortunately, it doesn't meet our requirements, so we'll need some additional information to finish reviewing your account.” I don’t know 🤷♂️ what to do!
@CoinbaseSupport I have been extremely patient and supplied all the documents you have requested, replied to all the questions you have asked, over and over again. Now I need that @coinbase authorize my account so I can finally put an end to this Celsius’s nightmare and move on with my life!

I already submitted all the documents Coinbase requested me and answered all their silly questions. I am still waiting for my account to be approved. Why can’t they just authorize Celsius old customer’s account without all their stupid requests ?
@IonicDigitalX This is totally unacceptable!!! This is not what we got told, you simply can’t use two different pricing options just because it suits you.
