I’m officially 120+ days banned for something I didn’t do.
And I still have zero explanation.

On 7 August, I woke up to find out YouTube had permanently deleted my 9.46M channel Factomix.

The reason they gave?
“Spam / Deceptive Practices.”

But here’s the part that makes absolutely no sense:

⚠️ Every support agent gave me a different explanation.

Agent 1: “Repeated scams.”
Agent 2: “Misleading content.”
Agent 3: “Viewbotting.”(using autobots)
Agent 4 (same case!): “No abnormal activity detected.”

Four different reasons. One creator. Zero evidence. Not even a single timestamp.

If a creator actually violates a rule,
YouTube can always point to the exact video unless the system itself made a mistake.

Over the last few months, Multiple creators have confirmed the same pattern:

AI flags a channel incorrectly

human “review” is just a template

appeals get denied in under 2 minutes

no evidence is ever shown

smaller creators get locked out forever

That is EXACTLY what happened to me.

Here’s what I tried:

✔ Appeal → denied in Seconds
✔ Second appeal → completely blocked
✔ Support emails → contradictory responses
✔ DM @TeamYouTube → no reply for weeks
✔ Twitter → "Original decesion stands "

My channel was deleted without: ❌ warnings
❌ prior violations
❌ reused content
❌ any harmful intent
❌ NO STRIKES

But my income, my work, and 3 years of effort disappeared overnight.

I’m not asking for special treatment.
I’m asking for one real human to take a proper look.

If YouTube truly believes in fairness and transparency,
then creators deserve to know what they did wrong or whether the system simply misfired.

I hope someone from YouTube finally sees this and reviews my case honestly.

My channel was deleted on Nov 17 due to system error. Support said I violated policies, WHICH IS NOT & I HAVE EVIDENCES but less than 30 mins later I got another email saying my channel is active and eligible for memberships.This contradiction clearly shows a mistake @TeamYouTube

while my entire channel with only three and no violations got removed. Please review my channel give it real chance
