@_kylewilcox I really like this example because it shows how fine tuned some of these movements are for these athletes. The ability to produce the exact result based on such little changes in movement is quite impressive and requires lots of practice and motor learning.
This shows a great variety of movements that are executed back to back. This shows the motor learning from Saquon because of the comfort to chain together these movements subconsciously in quick succession. I relate to this because football is my favorite sport #EXS3030
This video shows Saquon Barkley moving suddenly based on information that is quickly processed by his brain. Using this information he quickly reacts and changes direction suddenly, transitions to a spin, and lastly jumps backwards over a defender and lands.
