Give increased value loot for each successive encounter completed in a fresh run. So for the first encounter you can still get decent loot, but if you do a full fresh run on master the final chest gives high stat artifice armor + bonus loot to incentivize full clears.

I think it would be really cool if @Bungie made master content worth farming for artifice armor, rather than 1 encounter on master that gives sub par loot. It is neither fun nor satisfying to spam 1 encounter for a chance at meager rewards.
