Excited to release Grok 4.5 with @SpaceXAI.
It's an Opus-class model that's fast and low cost. It's a significant step up over any model we've developed so far, including Composer 2.5, and has become the daily driver for many on our team.
First of many releases. More soon.
Introducing SWE-1.7, the most capable model we’ve trained yet.
It scores within a few points of the strongest frontier models at a fraction of the cost, and is now available at 1000 tok/s.
RL is not hitting its limit: after refining our recipe, we keep seeing gains as we scale
Introducing ZCode, the official development environment for GLM-5.2
- GLM Coding Plan subscribers: now 1.5x usage quota in ZCode
- BYOK supported: works with your existing subscriptions and APIs
- Available on macOS, Windows, and Linux
Download now: https://t.co/Peepqv4XSx
GLM-5.2 pushes the frontier in coding, reasoning, and agentic workflows while maintaining the same API pricing.
• Open weights
• 1M context
• Strong agent capabilities
• Production-ready economics
This is exactly the foundation needed for the coming Human + Agent Economy.

The Municipal IT company of Rio de Janeiro's city government has reportedly gotten early access to Le Chaton Fat, and combined with their learnings from Rio 3.5 Open 397B, has trained "O Gatinho Gordo" which boasts a whopping 1 Quadrillion parameters and has supersaturated all known benchmarks
The Rio 3.5 model broke the internet this week. The plot twist? It’s essentially our open-source model, Nex N2 Pro, wearing a different hat.
🤯 We analyzed the weights, and the recipe is exact: Rio 3.5 ≈ 0.6 * Nex N2 Pro + 0.4 * Qwen 3.5
It even literally introduces itself as "Nex N2 Pro" if you ask it without initial system prompt!
😂 We are flattered that the City of Rio used our work to achieve SOTA performance. Thanks for the ultimate benchmark validation.
🤝 But in the open-source world, attribution matters.
👇 Full mathematical proof & verify script in the first reply!
