In case you missed it, here is my newest short film, the queer erotic thriller SWEET DEATH.

This came together quite organically. I had not made a film in almost five years before this. I'd wanted to tell a story inspired by my experiences meeting guys on Grindr for a long time. I wanted to execute this authentically, so I cast queer performers, hired queer crew, and kept it as raw as possible, no pun intended.

We created this with very limited funds, resources, and personnel. In fact, in the fifteen years I've been making films, this was the most intimate production I've ever worked on. That meant that every crew member donned many hats, worked extra hours, and took considerable salary concessions to make it happen. I could not have done it without my great actors and crew.

I made this as an excuse to get back on set, but I ended up with the film I'm most proud of. I really hope y'all enjoy this as much as we enjoyed making it.
