How does he allow only 5 lapped cars to pass? How do you reach that decision? Do we just forget theres rules of the sport?

@cormacmcfc They need to know their rules & make consistent calls. From lap 1 Lewis gaining a lasting advantage not investigated to changing the rules of the sport on the final lap is just a joke for the sport of F1
