Winter Pimm's corporate day at barossa nature reserve dta to clear as much of the dense Scots pine as we could and revert back to lowland heath 💪 Love the way the smoke clouded the pine to look eerie in one of the photos 🤓

Clearing pockets of rhododendron at Thundry meadows from the woodland sections as it's an invasive species we don't want colonising our native environments 👊 'treatment' will be applied to kill/weaken the rhyzomes ☠️

Good day clearing the edge of a gorse hibernaculum preventing it from encroaching onto our grassland but also providing good bathing edges for reptiles come next spring/summer 🤙 Also was an awesome wood ants nest and adorable birds nests (left one is long tailed tits -fave 😍)
