Should I continue to follow the path to become a recognized CMO in tech companies or I should start my own company in a more traditional market?
I'm asking myself loudly.
Starting to Improve ASO via AppTweak research & competitor analysis to identify positioning opportunities.
Next, I'll test Personalized Product Pages to boost CVRs.
Any further strategy recommendations?

My first mobile app is now live on iOS and Android!
After 5 months of work and learning (thanks to @adamlyttleapps), the real challenge begins: growing and scaling the app to millions of users.
I'll be documenting my growth journey and results here. Let's grow!
failed an interview by picking the wrong metric.
Lesson: optimize for Day 366 LTV, not just trial rates.
Lower conversion often yields higher-value users.

Regarding Cal AI's App Store ban, Apple's channel behavior is key.
If penalized for borderline actions, don't halt abruptly, reduce slowly. Apple rarely warns/explains and applies rules unevenly. Ignoring these rules risks your business.
Have you faced Apple/Google app bans?
Would you look for a calculator on Instagram? Probably not. (Yes, basic)
So why are there apps spending thousands on campaigns where their users never are?
Product-channel fit is just as important as product-market fit. And almost no one validates it before turning on ads.
March: €54K spent. 105 real contracts - CAC €558. Bad.
April (day 14): €13K spent. 62 real contracts. CAC €237. Better.
Less budget. Better result. Why? :
→ Signal Engineering
→ Conservative start
→ One adjustment, not ten.
The signal is worth more than the budget. 🧪
In 2026, creativity beats targeting.
App success relied on segmentation, but attention is scarce due to overload and AI.
Captivating content wins. Data and creative are linked: data informs creative, and creative fuels data optimization.
