@Lesufi The city approving building plans has nothing to do with the city. This is capital preservation for the owner and investors and government entities have nothing to do with it.
I get it. Last week, as the bodies were being discovered, women and MEN were rightly angry and outraged.
Some dealt with it, the way they dealt with it.
Now, let’s face this gigantic elephant in the room!
Black men are roughly 80% of the prison population in SA. 😔
This is a statistical fact. It is, mostly Black men, followed by Coloured men, White men, and then Indian South Africans at roughly 1%.
Ofcourse it’s not all men!
But it is mostly, men.
Is there a more polite way of expressing this fact without hurting the feelings of innocent men?
Yes.
Just as there’s a way innocent men can tell, and make their Bros, to stop it.
In our patriarchal society, only men have that power. Men listen to other men.
Better yet, expose the men that are giving all of you a bad name.
We can scream and shout, but ultimately, the you hold the power to change and you know it.
Even our women Ministers are always begging men. To please, HELP!
That’s all I have to say on this.
Men, you need to talk.
We’re talking… 🙏🏾❤️
@eNCA As we speak, yesterday I smuggled a phone to my brother in prison using a prison guard( Coloured male). I paid only R500!
Regardless of what's the minister says, this will keep happening.
