@cultmtl Give tax credits for maintenance, reduce municipal taxes, let landlords kickout people that dont pay after 1 month without having to go through the TAL. Price of rental is directly affected by these things. If people rented and maintained the proprety clean prices would be low.

@MadelnCanada Those are flat tomatoes right now directly from the growers in Quebe. They are around 60$ for 15lbs markets been hot for months as Mexico hasn't been too present and ontario is selling massively to the US. Local Quebec growers pay Millions in Carbon taxes and eco fees every year.

@upshine3 Cheap companies trying to make big buck on garbage. If you buy high end products in China you can't sell cheap. If you buy high end products you market it with a fancy brand and people forget its made in China.
