@nasiphim Hon Mayor, I think you were overzealous and added a statement on the closure of Favours Cathedral building. Your own website differs with you. Which law or clause says JOC should be applied for, for church services
@GautengHealth Thank you MEC @NkomoNomantu and your team for your responsiveness. But the mayor could have had conversations with you and understand your challenges before taking such a drastic measure. We wish that this should not repeat itself. Power must be used responsibly
@nasiphim@CityTshwane Here is communique from your party regarding steps like this. If other ideas failed, why didn't you apply the collective wisdom of your party.
DISCRETION! DISCRETION! DISCRETION! Is the word.
@nasiphim@CityTshwane On this one Hon Mayor, discretion could have been used. You could have had a conversation with MEC @NkomoNomantu on an amicable plan to salvage the situation.
A hospital? Angeke!
The day all members of cabinets from national to local government are subjected to the same service delivery issues, it is the day service delivery will peak for the best. For now, they won't get it because of this exemption from what the citizens are experiencing.
One thing Judge Ratha must keep in mind is that all the legal practitioners in his court are officers of the court to assist him to arrive at a sound judgement or the case, so he must stop with these antagonistic tendencies he displays against the defence team.

@Ndi_Muvenda_@IECSouthAfrica My sentiment as well. If one person put 3 ballots in 3 boxes, do we count that person as 3 people? I am lost as well. The question is total number of voters because we know that 1 person voted 3 times
@SABCNews_Radio Now if section 47 (1)(e) is applied in the past tense, where "is" is converted to "has been" or "was" that would be a gross violation of the Constitution. Secondly, it would mean Mr Mackenzie who "was" sentenced for years , doesn't stand a chance for consistency
@SABCNews_Radio In my view, it doesn't have a case on the grounds of Section 47(1)(e). The language of the Constitution in that section is present tense. The question that needs to be answer is,whether President Zuma "is" sentenced for 15 months or "was". If he "is" sentenced why is he in streets
@ThuliMadonsela3 The question is, why are we being selective. Truth is constant. It must be true in Palestine as much as in Israel, as well as true in Russia and Ukraine. Once truth choose sides, it stops being truth to a narrative
@ThuliMadonsela3 Prof, yourself, our government and mainstream media are selling us a narrative by not answering basic question. You are almost like a choir under one conductor. There are two incidents that happened in Israel that you have lowered your volume but are too loud for the other side.
