Have now been waiting over 2 years to have my windows fixed by @PropertyHlm . A job that should have taken 1 hour !! this is a security risk to havewindows that dont open or shut properly. I pay £3,500 a year to this company . John Ryan regional director wont return any calls.

HLM Property Management, been waiting now for 1.5 years for our windows to be fixed, they dont care that they dont close properly even in the freezing weather. The only time they get back to you is when the £3000 a year service charge is due ! Still waiting for a Manager to call
