@AmericanAir Absolutely the worst airline ever! They took my son’s luggage on an “overposted” flight without him. Then wrote back that my son voluntarily separated from his luggage 🤣 you can’t even make this up!

Sharing American Airlines’ own response. Flight 9631 was moved from 10:30am to 8:30am due to overpost, leaving me stranded and Lost Airbnb, ferry, and incurred expenses. Offered $150 credit only. Complaint filed with DOT. Disappointed in this resolution. @americanair

@AmericanAir They over sold the flight and left my 21 yr old and his friends stranded in Miami. It’s a fancy word they had assigned seats they took off at 8:30 am prob on purpose. Their ticket said 10:30 am
