@DeniseDT @Laurayne03 Defamation is action of damaging someone's reputation, so the thing that that ruling says is that the Sun (specifically) did not damage JD reputation. If he wins this trial, it prooves, that AH made up DV claims, as that is one of the conditions that has to be met for him to win.
