Check out my first co-first-author paper, "Transition waves and formation of domain walls in multistable mechanical metamaterials," published today in @PhysRevApplied!

As shown in the first video, transition waves of opposite rotation can propagate in a single system and, instead of merging, form a domain wall where they meet. The existence and location of this domain wall can be "read" from the chain end afterwards.
