Fire 80 % of current marketing. Hire real crypto growth people who understand crypto and memes. Open offices in Singapore/Dubai/Seoul or die in Europe.
Fix @xPortalApp UX in or open-source it and let the community finish the job.
Monthly public town halls where Beniamin, Lucian & board get roasted live and actually answer questions.
Stop announcing shit 12 months early. Deliver first, hype later.
