After nearly 2 years leading @MarsborneGaming we have decided to part ways. Will forever be grateful for this period of my life and I'm proud of what we managed to accomplish together.
With that being said, I am looking for new opportunities.
❤️+🔁appreciated!
I won't lie this was the exact tool that made me swap over to cs2cam. Being able to go into the demo and record what your players need without needing to ever save the file yourself and have it done automatically while you are out. (Gym is important). Highly recommend!
Recording a strategy used to mean opening OBS, rendering everything locally, and leaving your PC on for an hour.
Now, you can open any demo in https://t.co/jF6LU4mZX1, select the players you want, name the strategy, and hit Record. In just a few minutes, your round is automatically recorded in the cloud and saved to "My Videos" - inside your Private Playbook.
From there, you can watch it just like a demo: switch between all five player POVs using keys 1–5, or open the synchronized 2D viewer with key 6. Share the link and anyone can explore the round in exactly the same way.
When you add the strategy to your playbook, https://t.co/jF6LU4mZX1 also automatically detects every piece of utility each player needs to throw during the round.

Really cool tool to help identify patterns and build your understanding of scenarios you find yourself struggling in. Something I myself use every time I am trying to solve issues in my teams.
NEW MODULE in https://t.co/KLByA31rVS: Similar Rounds
Lost a round and still don't know why? Find every pro round that went through the same situation.
Same positions. Same weapons. Same time on the clock.
Draw a setup, an entry path, or a specific play on the map and Similar Rounds finds every time a top team played it like that.
Search your opponent's demos, find repeating setups, and see how they solve the same situations.
Works with private demos too, so you can anti-strat any team.
Live now for every Team Pro user.

From everything I have heard from the Valorant side of esports, man does it feel good to be in counterstrike. Yes we've had our own issues (and still do) but this half franchise half out sounds like a complete nightmare for the orgs competing in the Esport. Good for players IG...
@blooberd91 Could easily do some form of rev share off performance through skins - just like they do in CS, R6, RL, etc. It would arguably be just if not more profitable in Valorant too compared to CS.
For those that don't understand and are saying to just compete and make the leagues anyways...
Would you pay $100k to play Wemby 1 on 1 in basketball and if you lose you get nothing. But if you win, you get $100k!
To clarify
Riot changed the way Valorant works so that any team can make/win an international tournament
But they chose 4 teams in NA to become partners
They give those teams millions of $$ AND a skin in the game (they get a percentage of sales)
If an unpartnered org builds a moneyball team that absolutely crushes at an international event- those players will be poached by a partnered org
It happened to us with Brawk and Mada going to NRG it is happening to C9 who just lost partnership and already letting their players shop around
I just don't know if it is worth competing in the esport long term as compared to investing into an esport with a truly open system
@KrasnyiGG This is what organizations will probably try and do with their buyout fee's for their players but then agents will tell their players to just wait or play on free agent rosters. Whoever has the lightest "profit margin" in the buyout will be the victor probably.
