@UberUKsupport Hi, not sure if you also cover for Ireland? I have placed and paid a priority order #FC459 . I have been waiting for nearly one hour and now it says that my order has been cancelled! Could you please kindly advice? Thanks.

@AmazonHelp As I informed many of the customer support agents already, I am being told to call the free UK number: Account Support 0800 0116 287 but I can NOT because I am based in Ireland. Nobody is helping and nobody is calling me back as I am requesting. Could you please urgently assist?

[Lucie R. @LucieRamos_]

@AmazonHelp I am experiencing the worst customer support ever with @AmazonUK My account is blocked:Amazon thought that there were a fraud.I can't call the free UK number 0800 because I am in Ireland. I called numerous times [phone] but nobody was able to sort it out!!

On Friday I finally managed to get through a person called Lisa who told me she needs to call my number to check it, however she never called me back! I called 3 more times CSupport, and nobody was able to put me throught to her again or to a manager or to unblock my account!!

[Lucie R. @LucieRamos_]

I need to send back some items and get refund and cannot proceed because of the blocked account. Shanique sent me the label to print but I cannot access the account to print it! I am calling everyday since a week and nobody is helping.
