@queeniepoloton@JustEatUK It’s the first time i’ve had any issues, the lack of accountability as you said was the issue in this situation, they’ve now refunded for me one item but the other that still came wrong and payed for delivery again i paid for. It’s took me coming to social media to get a refund!
Really disappointed with @JustEatUK . They refused to refund missing items from my order, so I had to reorder them and pay a second delivery fee. The replacement order then arrived incorrect, and they’re still refusing a refund. Customers shouldn’t be left out of pocket for it.
