I would like to bring to your attention that the FMGE application published by @NbeIndia yesterday does not have an option for individuals born in 2002 to select their date of birth. As a result, they are unable to apply for FMGE. Could you please address this issue? And fix this #MedTwitter
I kindly urge the authorities at @NMC_IND to expedite the process of issuing eligibility certificates. Why is @NMC_IND ignoring FMGs? It's been 3 years, and FMGs are still facing challenges even after passing FMGE, And now they have to do multiple years of internship, It's ironic that there are NO INTERNSHIP SEATS available in many states. Even after reaching out to @NMC_IND (Dr. ARUNA VANIKAR MAM) , there has been no progress. FMGE results were out in February, but FMGs are still waiting to start their internship.

Many states seem to be facing uncertainty due to the NMC's notice, creating difficulties for FMGs during their internships. It would be greatly appreciated if the @NMC_IND could provide clear instructions or release a FAQ to address their concerns.

Numerous eligibility certificates are pending at @NMC_IND for months, preventing FMGs from taking their exams. NMC should streamline this process as well.
We request @NMC_IND @dryogendermalik sir to help FMGs in this regard and allow non teaching hospitals for internship.

Key points raised:
• #Stipend for interns (currently none)
•Absorption of students into various teaching and non-teaching hospitals of states. (Currently there are waiting lists for starting internship!)
• Rethinking the merits and demerits of 3 year internship for a special batch of students.

Hoping for a positive response from the authorities.

#FMG have suffered and faced enormous challenges & discrimination. Some humanitarian approach is need of the hour.

States like Haryana,Assam,Tamilnadu, Kerala etc are causing problems for FMGs despite clear guidelines regarding internships. @NMC_IND notice dated 09may23,It is clearly stated that FMGs who supplemented their classes offline should only undergo 1 yr of internship.
Despite of this these states are forcing fmgs to undergo 2year of CRMI and causing hurdle in their path.
Despite the clear guidelines already available, they are wasting more time of FMGs in the name of seeking clarity.
Instead of paying stipend, Many states are charging lakhs of rupees for internships, even though the guidelines say there shouldn't be any charges.
