🚩 "When the system is weaponised against the truth, silence is not an option."
Scrutiny is needed for the proceedings on 9 March 2026. We stand against systemic failings and the resurrection of cases without new evidence. ⚖️

🚨 A pivotal moment for the campaign. Monday 9 March, 10am at Southwark Crown Court
Support needed for a campaigner facing allegations with no new evidence. Mark McDonald is instructed for the defence. Let's show our solidarity.

Dr Michael Naughton at @EmpowerInnocent and I talk about the issues in depth, and we agree that the only way of going forward from the mess in a fair way is with (a form of) conflict resolution. This can only happen after justice is done
F4J is right to say there is a war on men going on, but the end of all wars involve treaties etc. We want to be more a part of that than continuing the bloodshed. Much on this planned for 2026. Peace too @SpokenInjustice
@SoniaPoulton There is a Crowd Justice campaign to challenge the CCRC's refusal to investigate new evidence from Bamber.
Only the lawyer will receive the money and approve changes to the campaign text. £10K are still needed, the smallest donation matters. Can you help?

💙Tomorrow is Wrongful Conviction Day!
🧡Will you think of all those people maintaining innocence who languish in jails?
💙Even if rare as certain people indicate, put yourself in their shoes for just 1 day.
🧡Tomorrow! @Stop__The__Lies@Elsie2127@CfcLoulou@m0wpg@FACTukorg
@Sassy191919@FalseAccusedUK@EmpowerInnocent@AccusedOrg@nineteen_nurses@FACTukorg The law also says we're entitled to scrutinise the actions of the public bodies who convicted her. Currently there is sufficient doubt about that evidence to initiate that process. This country has major issues with forensic evidence. It's not a secret.
@Sassy191919@FalseAccusedUK@EmpowerInnocent@AccusedOrg@nineteen_nurses@FACTukorg Yep, nothing new. It's happened in the past. The system gets things wrong repeatedly.
Birmingham six, Guildford Four, and Maguire Seven are examples of that. As is the current post office scandal.
Why are you so afraid of the evidence in the Letby case being scrutinised?
South Wales police have allowed bent cops to frame innocent people I am one of them. in the process allowed bent cop inspector Stuart Lewis who made up confessions to get wrongful convictions he was allowed to retire without being charged for his wrong doing.
@Sassy191919@FalseAccusedUK@EmpowerInnocent@AccusedOrg@nineteen_nurses@FACTukorg Then there should be absolutely zero issues with having it re-examined independently, via a judicial review into the actions of the judiciary in relation to the evidence used.
If you are correct, she would remain safely in prison.
Miscarriages of justice happen.
It's a fact.
