[Jessica Leclercq @Lucille8115]

@JasmineMallard Are the deep breaths and open thoughts happening before the positivity? That would be difficult for me 😊

[Jessica Leclercq @Lucille8115]

I take a deep breath and reflect. How can I make this better? Do I need to change my behavior? Can I alter my environment? #drkim#tmwtdt
