No court ever heard evidence. No finding was ever made. Recycling a lawsuit the accuser abandoned is not a bombshell — it’s a discarded filing you keep waving around because the actual case went nowhere.

Death threats are serious. They are also an unverified claim attached to a case that was never tested. ‘She was trafficked, so the story must be true’ is not evidence.
