@cava This post resonates with my interviewee because it shows healthy/fresh ingredients which help her live a healthy and well balanced lifestyle. Her life goal is to eat well and provide a healthy lifestyle for her family which she can do with cava's food options @RetailPro369
A major takeaway from lecture 10 that I learned was the difference between social listening and social monitoring. For example, social monitoring is social listening but listening is not monitoring. Social listening takes social monitoring to the next level. @RetailPro369
I love this post because it's a great example of a brand utilizing real-world events to connect with its target audience, instead of just trying to promote its products. This uses the humor appeal in a slightly different way than we learned about in class. @RetailPro369
@dyllon_jelinek@RetailPro369 I also love this post and found it relatable. The use of humor can be a very beneficial marketing strategy for business to target their target audience and make relevant content.
Social media is crucial in today’s world for businesses to keep their audience engaged. By sharing relatable and engaging content, businesses can generate leads and build relationships with their audience.
I found very interesting that when it came to social media marketing, the goal is to not focus on generating sales it is more focused on building a community because without a brand community you will not see a growth in sales. Community is everything @RetailPro369
@RetailPro369 The target buyer persona is someone who is looking for easy on-the-go makeup products that allows them to be beautiful but doesn't take long to do and can use wherever and whenever!
@FreePeople I thought this post was super clever and funny especially coming from Free People. Free people is one of my favorite brands and loved that they add humor to there posts on social media! @RetailPro369
In lecture 6 I learned how important it is for a successful business to provide opportunities for brand engagement. Some of these opportunities consist of offering blogs, customer reviews, feedback applications and live chatbots, will create higher website traffic @RetailPro369
@RetailPro369 Consumer behavior has a significant impact on purchase decisions, and the Active Evaluation Phase is when businesses can make their imprint. Take Rare Beauty as an example. Their emphasis on diversity and a unique brand identity distinguishes them.
@MollyHealyyy@RetailPro369 hey Molly I liked how you used rare beauty as an example. This brand not only sticks out to me for these reasons but also because it's Selena Gomez's brand which makes people want to shop even more.
million consumers were then members. This program allows members to receive a 5% discount, exclusive offers, and free two-day shipping. Since Target launched this program, they have gained true emotional loyalty with consumers all around. https://t.co/IohsQTGAsE
One of the brands I love because of my experiences with the brand and its values is Patagonia. Since they value sustainability and good quality clothing, I continue to shop there!
