@kennyninobrown@premierleague Januzaj had the talent, but I don’t think he ever really produced with goals or goal contributions like that. The guy was way too soft as well, and went down with any contact he felt. Højlund is different than him though, but time will tell how good he can be
@don_txi @nobleloonlodge@MLS@MNUFC Actually the Colombian one is based on a river in the country while the Minnesota one appears to be based of the stars. You could say that there is resemblance, but it’s difficult to do something completely original that doesn’t resemble other jerseys
@Harryuu98 @dejballer@premierleague@LutonTown Their keeper learned from the first Højlund goal and smothered every other 1 on 1 before it was too dangerous
@premierleague@LutonTown Some stats can be used to push a point of view, but while Lutron did have the same number of attempts, Man U had many more on target, so not as bad of a game from Man U on the road as it looks
@jolofricebandit@FabrizioRomano I’m not saying that people who are good enough don’t get signed, I’m saying that sometimes some players are held back and take longer because of where they are from. It shouldn’t take 3 years for David to get his move, but it’s looking more realistic in the summer now
@jolofricebandit@FabrizioRomano Fair enough, Sancho has 62 career goals in 227 games, Salah has 152 goals in 239 for Liverpool, Di Maria 174 in 752 games, Mane 218 in 535. If it’s not enough, consider why Alphonso Davies moved to Bayern for a whopping €14 mil and is now one of the best left backs in the world
@jolofricebandit@FabrizioRomano Wingers are forwards, don’t forget that Ronaldo and Messi have both spent years as wingers as well as many others. Pulisic is also the US’ premier forward and relied on for goal scoring. He has 28 goals in 64 games for them while David has 26 goals in 45. It just doesn’t add up
@jolofricebandit@FabrizioRomano I assure you he is a better player than others like Pulisic who have got their moves to good clubs, and the only reasonable explanation is nationality. One has 111 goals in 250 games and the other has 52 goals in 303 games…
@WaruiJohn2@FabrizioRomano@CLMerlo You don’t understand that the league has a salary cap restricting how much teams can spend. Even the business Miami has done so far would likely lead to sanctions from the league
@ukxsx@FabrizioRomano@CLMerlo MLS has been building a name for helping players transition to Europe. It’s not a bad move, but it isn’t as appealing as going to the Dutch league
@FCB_Elias1@FabrizioRomano@CLMerlo Rooney, Beckham, Henry, Insigne, Giovinco, Kaka, and many more played there well before Messi came in. Even if Messi makes an impact, the salary cap and structure will prevent what we’ve seen in the Saudi league from happening there
@TerfaTG@DougieCritchley@biolakazeem Not only his obsession with guys like Henderson, but it also amazes me how ignorant he is with guys who can represent England. The best thing my country, Canada, did was have a look at every dual national and look at players we didn’t see before
