@British_Airways I registered a claim due to flight disruption and have had no response... Very disappointed... Please can u help?

[Lucy-Ann Needs @LucyAnnNeedsU]

As a result of the delays we had to buy a whole new flight as we missed the existing booked flight? @british_airways do we contact the same

[Lucy-Ann Needs @LucyAnnNeedsU]

@dangerousDdave no that's who we were originally flying with but we had to change to @british_airways who have been awful!!

[Lucy-Ann Needs @LucyAnnNeedsU]

@boohooOfficial I am really not happy with the service at all. Do u have a helpline at all because it is an expensive order.

[Lucy-Ann Needs @LucyAnnNeedsU]

@boohooOfficial I have also emailed customersupport - response - I have tracked this and it says delivered... When it's not!

[Lucy-Ann Needs @LucyAnnNeedsU]

@boohooOfficial I have been waiting for a package for 10 days now, I paid £3.99 for postage and it still hasn't arrived.

[Lucy-Ann Needs @LucyAnnNeedsU]

@crosscountryuk No wonder the worlds getting more and more polluted when it's cheaper to drive!!
