This is an incredible lady, who turned 90 this January. Three days later we got her covid vaccination, I've been watching her like a hawk for any signs of side effects, she is made on strong stuff. In her life she has been through so much, and I'm in awe of her.

Mine is doing a couple hours of design work, making an exciting dinner and going for walk. It's important to exercise the brain and body, and maybe throw in a new task for a but of excitment

My manager at the time was truly awful, she was rude, couldn't see past her own ego, and was the most unempathetic person I have ever met. I had bad experience after bad experience with her. In a 1-2-1 she laughed in my face when I was talking about my career progression.#mystory

Last couple of years I have focused on my carers and sadly I was made redundant last at year.
I wasn't shocked, due to poor upper management.
