@KayleeCowper @TicketmasterCS They’ve now told me my sale was dropped because my buyer can’t provide a local address. But I don’t understand why you have been issued an E ticket and my buyer can’t? I’ve now lost my money and it’s going to be impossible to sell now as the event is tomorrow.

@TicketmasterCS 17021970 - ticket number? TM have now admitted that my sale was dropped yesterday because the buyer couldn’t provide a local address. Why can’t a E-ticket be issued? I don’t understand how it’s fair I loose my sale 2 days before the event due to no fault of my own

@TicketmasterCS I sold my tickets through re-sale for @WirelessFest. My buyer had an international address, you told me not to post & to contract you for Uk address. After several times of asking you failed to provide me the address and have now cancelled, how is this fair?
