Incredibly proud to be a part of an amazing team. Despite the challenges we face on a daily basis in the NHS… staff shortages, bed pressures and a little thing called Covid… today we brought a bit of festive cheer to our patients with a mobile Christmas Carol Sing Along!

@virginmedia I fully appreciate that. However I think 20 days is utterly an unacceptable ‘priority’ for vulnerable customers. Especially when other companies such as BT offer a free priority fault repair scheme

Nice to know that @virginmedia consider a 20 day response ‘priority’ for their disabled customers! Have spent countless hours on the phone and met with continuous lies! Meanwhile my 2 elderly and disabled parents have 8 more days without telephone or emergency lifeline pendant!

@virginmedia But thank you for putting this in writing. I’m sure Southwark Council will appreciate the concrete evidence to support their complaint and escalation to senior VM managers for further action! I’ll be sure to pass it on to them!

@virginmedia Also had a variety of excuses for why it can’t be done sooner... including blaming the delay on local council! Fed up of wasting my time fighting a lost cause trying to move it forward! Either get new excuse or blatant lies to shut me up!

@virginmedia Technician came out on 28/5 and discovered underground cable is damaged. Came out again to lay new one, but construction team is needed to open metalwork. Earliest that can apparently be done is 16/6! And I was told today that IS priority!

Serious complaint coming! This level of service is disgusting! And made worse that my disabled parents have been customers for over 30 years!

Disappointed with the Government’s latest ‘key worker pay rise’ news. Regardless of any agreements in 2018, fact is Covid came along unexpected and ALL NHS + Social Care workers have had to step up in v. difficult circumstances. Any payrise for workers should be across the board!

It’s been a while, and I’ve been holding off tweeting while awaiting confirmation. However I’ll be joining the Band 5 rotation from 1st April, starting on the inpatient stroke ward. Sad to be leaving, but excited to challenge my skills in a new area #B5OT #newchallenge
