Parents discharged in Hungarian extradition case - 9BR team acts

Mr and Mrs Y, sought by Hungary for fraud, were discharged after District Judge Pilling ruled that their extradition violated their children’s Article 8 ECHR rights. One of their children was autistic and non-verbal, and experts, including Dr Jessica Crumpton, warned extradition would cause "devastating harm."
