Anon post: Attended Ofsted inspection update webinar tonight. Was great to hear about the changes they propose and the focus on wellbeing. I was almost convinced UNTIL the Q&A section where one of the inspectors commented that if schools hadn’t heard by Monday lunchtime they were “safe” for that week. Such a flippant comment to make but also shows that their mindset has not really changed at all! We should all be “safe” at all times, whether in the inspection window or not.
