@OrevaZSN Yes you can, breakfast, shower, do school run, walk the dog, work, school run, (thats 10k steps), shop, cook dinner - time with kids, hobbies/relax. Sleep 8hr 10-6. There’s plenty of time. The only way to do it however, is to work from home.
I was interviewed on Times Radio this morning as a social media expert talking about the IPPR report claiming social media has become “anti-social.”
I disagree.
Social media isn’t less social. It’s just social in different places now.
The feed has moved from people you know to content you’re interested in. That’s not a tragedy is it? It’s just the algorithm doing exactly what it’s designed to do… honestly?
I prefer it. You’re not scrolling past your mate’s lunch anymore. You’re seeing content you actually want to watch.
The real social stuff? It moved. Group chats, DMs, private communities. We can’t measure it, that’s dark social but it’s happening more than ever.
Also, everyday users just post less than they used to. So of course there’s less friend content in the feed. Less goes in, less comes out.
My bigger point? Maybe we all just need to get outside and touch some grass. We’re spending a lot of time watching what strangers are doing online and calling it connection.
The BBC want to build a public service social platform. 🤣
Interesting idea. But people go where the content is good. That’s a very hard problem to solve. Also who wants a state policed social network? That’s worse than any algorithm eh?
Social media hasn’t become anti-social. It’s become interest-based!!
And real socialising? It’s just somewhere you can’t see it.
Thoughts?

The ones who are best at using gen AI for content are the ones you wouldn’t know are using it. Because they aren’t using to generate ideas or to write the full content, but they are using it to speed things up and increase quality output.
AI cannot replace taste, distinctiveness and your story.
Is there a nice marketing and business part of X that I don’t know about? I don’t want to see any political stuff.
Just all rainbows and butterflies and marketing / business people sharing the process
@estherzelda0514 I agree with ya, my mum
And sister both are 5’1 very similar petite but soft and round faces are are size 8/10. People only see the instagram version or super toned angled version of what they think a 10 is. Look how petite she is. Bodies and beauty come in all shapes and sizes.

AI search is changing who gets found. Platforms that publish consistent, specific, industry content are getting cited in AI answers. Generic brand accounts are invisible. This is the new SEO and many marketers haven’t clocked it yet.

@lukeburgis@Airbnb I called Airbnb in the end and they paid the guy from the host insurance. But the stress of it was awful thinking they were going to take £7.5k. Ring them and counter claim that it’s fraud, this will stop them taking money. And never use Airbnb again.
@lukeburgis@Airbnb This happened to me. We stayed in an apartment in Paris. Everything was fine, the owner asked for a review. 2 days later accused us of scratching the floor and stealing the dish rack, a light bulb, some spoons + random things, got a bill for £7500 - air bnb sided with them.
