@Una Do we have an idea on the impact on performance? I'm wondering how that could impact load time if you have too many of them or some very complex one.
@SaraSoueidan This is how i ended up here now 😅
« Let me test this on my phone » 15 min later, scrolling through social media and forgetting why i picked up my phone in the first place
@I_am_AhmadS@jensimmons I've been trying to replicate myself and so far no luck. I just updated to the latest version. And when I look at the activity monitor, I don't notice any CPU spike for my website
Hey @jensimmons 👋 we're having some issues with some element overlapping due to z-index. It's only happening on the latest 15.6 Safari version. I wonder what's been changed that could cause it. 🤔
The cart notification that is being hidden behind the product page does have a z-index: -1. And I see in the release note that something shipped regarding it: "Fixed flickering when rendering overlapping negative z-index layers".

Here is a video capture of the cart notification being hidden behind the product image: https://t.co/HmTEJAc8uj
I could dm you a link to the store if you want to test.
@jensimmons A few things noted recently during some work with my team:
- support for :focus-visible
- Flexbox with summary elements seems to not work as expected
- Outline not following the border radius of the element
@MaximeHardy_@jensimmons Yas! Looking forward to this as well :) We're using sliders with smooth scrolling at work and Safari would be so much nicer with smooth scrolling.
And native lazy loading would be a big + as well.
@KittyGiraudel@Saeris@cvergne You could potentially look into the xbox game pass offer. They have a cloud version you could play in browser on your Mac.
I haven't used it yet as i have a PC. But if it works well they have a great library of game including it takes two. https://t.co/HDiEDs86IV
