After an FBI investigation with our DOJ partners, Dr. Fauci’s associate, David Morens, just pleaded guilty to conspiracy in a scheme to avoid FOIA requests and the Federal Records Act connected to COVID-19 research grants.

The FBI uncovered that Morens, Co-Conspirator 1, Co-Conspirator 2, and others conspired during the COVID-19 pandemic to defraud the United States after the National Institutes of Health terminated Co-Conspirator 1’s grant.

NIH terminated the grant, “Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence,” based on allegations that COVID-19 emerged from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) in Wuhan, China.

Mr. Morens and his co-conspirators then agreed in writing to intentionally hide their communications from public view by corresponding through Morens’s personal Gmail account rather than his official NIH email account.

This FBI investigation remains ongoing. No one is above the law.

The first of Fauci's texts were just released. The shocking timeline on the Biden admin's recklessness on the COVID vaccine and the unknown risk of miscarriages and birth defects:

January 2021: Fauci and Walensky privately recognize that the side effects many people experience after dose 2 could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester. Pregnant women weren't studied in the drug company's tests.

April 2021: Just three months later, the Biden admin urged pregnant women receive the shot in a White House press conference.

June 2021: A CDC study in NEJM said the vaccine is safe for pregnant women to take, but noted the study arms were not directly comparable and more study was needed. Medical associations and the Biden admin charged ahead.

January 2022: An OB/GYN criticizes the NEJM study, saying that excluding women in the third trimester would result in a much higher miscarriage rate.

2023: Tracy Beth Høeg, writing before joining the FDA, notes that Pfizer stopped a study into the matter after enrolling a fraction of the pregnant women it said it would. Even still, Pfizer reported 5.1% of infants of vaccinated moms had adverse events of special interest (AESI) while only 1.3% of infants in the control arm did.

◉ 巴里克本想“近水楼台先得月”靠与中共的密切合作，发出一篇大作，但实验无法成功

7月24日，美国知情权组织依据《信息自由法》（FOIA）获取并公开了一份北卡罗来纳大学的拉尔夫·巴里克实验室与明尼苏达大学的李放实验室联合开展的项目。其中，巴里克表示，他曾尝试根据公开发表的序列重建全长RaTG13基因组，但未能成功。

巴里克是真正搞技术的，所以，新冠出来后，以他跟石正丽、李放的合作关系，他第一时间想把石正丽的RaTG13以及杨瑞馥他们的穿山甲病毒的病毒序列拿来，在实验室完成重建，写几篇大作，验证新冠的自然来源。
结果，他从2020年3月就开始搞���些事，但一直发不出文章，直到2023、2024年国会对他质询时，他向调查人员承认RaTG13根本做不成功。
像北卡的巴里克、港大的马利克这种业内“大牛”根本不存在发不出文章的可能，因为那些审稿的都还没有他们专业，不存在审稿的时候会被审查；何况，巴里克这文章是支持自然来源的，是中共绝对要推举的，完全不是《闫报告》这种揭露病毒来自中共军方实验室的，闫博士发不出文章，是因为被打压，而巴里克发不出文章，就只有一种可能——实验根本做不下去，以至于连一篇阶段性文章都发不出来。

◉ 第一份《闫报告》就揭露了 RaTG13 是假病毒

《闫报告》中对 RaTG13、穿山甲病毒以及一系列东南亚蝙蝠病毒都进行了揭露：那些病毒都是假的，那些病毒序列是坐在电脑前敲出来的，并不代表是存在于自然界的。
《闫报告》出来后，写《近��起源》的那几个垃圾作者还在说闫博士竟然对中共在2020年后发现的跟新冠相似的病毒都不承认。

◉ 2013年就发现的病毒，放到2020年才测序？怎么可能？

石正丽自称，RaTG13 是她的团队于2013年7月在云南墨江某矿洞里发现的。
但石正丽发现这么重要一个病毒后，竟然就直接塞抽屉里了，不管不问，就像花重金赌了块石头回来也不开，就直接扔到仓库角落里。
然后过了7年，等到2020年1月19日，闫博士通过路德社曝出新冠病毒骨架是舟山蝙蝠病毒的时候（其实1月18日路德先生已通过推特放出了基因对比图），石正丽才想起来这个 RaTG13，然后马上在1月20日就投稿了一篇文章（2月3日发表），说 RaTG13 与 SARS-CoV-2 的全基因组序列同源性高达96.2%。
这看起来既不合逻辑，又相当滑稽。

◉ 为什么 RaTG13 与新冠病毒相似度是96%，要有4%的差异？

这里面全都是中共的小心思。因为2003年爆发的非典病毒（SARS-CoV-1）与后来发现的蝙蝠冠状病毒相似度就是96%。当年发现这个蝙蝠冠状病毒可谓是石正丽的成名作，所以她搞新冠的时候又搞了一个96%相似度，4%左右的差异，觉得这样大家容易接受。
至于4%的“自然进化”，中间需要个类似于果子狸这样的中间宿主，然后再跳到人身上。当年是广东的野味市场，现在是华南海鲜市场，同样的配方、同样的味道，这个高度雷同的叙事，中共用得安心。

◉ 中共既要让人认为新冠病毒与 RaTG13 同源，又要强调 RaTG13 不能直接传染人，以证明新冠不是来自实验室。

RaTG13 与新冠病毒的这4%的差异，按照石正丽他们的叙事，既要证明这两个病毒是同源的，又不能在关键部位相似，否��，会让大家直接想到，那很可能是石正丽实验室的病毒流出去了，然后导致了人被感染。
按照习近平的指示，绝对不能让人有一点“病毒可能是实验室流出然后造成社区感染”的想法，必须是“一个蝙蝠身上的病毒，中间蹦到一个动物身上，然后又传染给了人”这个叙事，绝对不能牵扯到实验室来源。

【RaTG13 与新冠病毒的 RdRp 基因相同】

当时中共在工程化新冠病毒的时候，为了以后溯源时，让大家往云南蝙蝠身上找，不要往舟山蝙蝠身上找，所以，当时把石正丽团队在云南墨江矿洞里发现的一个病毒残缺片段的 RdRp 基因（后来被命名为“BtCoV/4991”）加到了舟山蝙蝠病毒（ZC45）中。这个操作有两个目的：
➊ 这段 RdRp 可以当药物靶点、治疗靶点；
➋ 一般是靠 RdRp 片段，来对病毒进行快速确认和分类，所以，这个替换，相当于把舟��蝙蝠病毒的指纹给替换掉了，换成了这个“4991”，所谓来自云南菊头蝠。这就像是犯罪现场，将指纹替换成别人的指纹，让你很难追溯到真凶，让你追溯不到真正的骨架是舟山蝙蝠病毒。

当时在云南的矿洞里，石正丽团队只找到的病毒的残片，根本没有完整病毒，这个名为“4991”的RdRp 也是残片中的，就像在废墟中挖出的残肢，你根本不知道原来完整的人体是什么样的，所以2016年，石正丽发了一篇文章，就是只关于这个 RdRp 的，然后将其命名为“4991”。
2020年1月19日，闫博士曝出舟山蝙蝠病毒骨架后，石正丽马上说她在云南矿洞发现的是完整病毒，然后1月20日就出了一篇文章，将该病毒命名为 RaTG13。
为了证明 RaTG13 与新冠同源，所以石正丽在编造 RaTG13 病毒序列时，专门把“4991”这个 RdRp 写进了 RaTG13 病毒序列，二者是一模一样的。

【RaTG13 与新冠病毒的受体结合域（RBD）不同】

为了证明新冠绝不是来自实���室，石正丽采集的 RaTG13 也不会感染人，所以在最关键的一个部位二者不同，即病毒与人的 ACE2受体结合的受体结合域（RBD，S蛋白上的抓手区域）是不同的。
所以，石正丽他们推出 RaTG13 的时候，说它是和新冠最接近的，但它与人体结合���不好，不容易感染人，所以新冠不是从石正丽的实验室出来的，是来自自然界，是这个 RaTG13 遇到了一个与人的ACE2受体结合得好一个病毒，两个病毒在某种动物身上不知道怎么一结合，就出来一个能感染人的新病毒——新冠病毒。

◉ 2020年1月，石正丽的 RaTG13 编好了，等待一个与 RaTG13 结合起来能感染人的病毒出现——2020年3月，杨瑞馥的穿山甲病毒就编出来了。

病毒的各个部分，简单来说就像是乐高模块，RaTG13 与新冠病毒96%的相似度，但是少一块能够直接传染人的部分——ACE2受体结合域（结合 ACE2 的 RBD）
2020年3月，杨瑞馥（军事医学研究院）与华南农业大学沈永义等人就发文章了，说从走私至广东的马来亚穿山甲体内分离得到的冠状病毒，与新冠病毒相似度91%，但关键区域（RBD）极高高度相似——97.4%，在与人体 ACE2 受体直接结合的 5 个关键氨基酸残基中完全一致。
当然了，《闫报告》中也揭露了，这个穿山甲病毒也是假的，是编出来的。

◉ 巴里克做这个实验的想法非常朴素，想证明自然来源，但实验失败了

巴里克就想，既然 RaTG13 与新冠这么像，但���是 RBD 部分与新冠不同，那我找一个 RBD 与新冠更接近的，然后在实验室里倒腾倒腾，可能能就做出一个跟新冠病毒极其相似的病毒，这不就证明这两种病毒在海鲜市场或者是野外，总之是在某种自然环境中发生了结合、变异，然后就成了现在的新冠病毒，造成了人类感染。
所以他就要到了石正丽的 RaTG13 基因序列与杨瑞馥的穿山甲病毒，然后在实验室里倒腾，结果倒腾了6年也没倒腾出结果，宣告失败。
